Vice President Finance (IPO & Capital markets)
About This Role
We’re partnering with a high-growth technology business in the GCC looking to appoint a Vice President of Finance to play a critical role in scaling the company towards a potential IPO and capital markets activity .
This is a board-facing leadership role with full ownership of the finance function and a mandate to drive strategy, governance, and growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Partner directly with the CEO and Board on financial strategy and growth
- Lead IPO readiness and manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulators
- Drive fundraising, capital allocation, and investor relations
- Build and scale a best-in-class finance function across FP&A, reporting, and controls
- Support regional expansion across the GCC and potential M&A activity
What we’re looking for:
- 16+ years’ experience in finance leadership roles
- Background in technology + top-tier consulting (Big 4 / strategy)
- Proven experience with IPO / capital markets transactions
- Strong understanding of GCC markets and regulatory landscape
- Comfortable operating at Board and investor level
