As our Surgical Service Coordinator / Lead Vet Tech , you’ll be at the heart of our Surgery and Neurology departments, ensuring every procedure, patient, and team member is supported for smooth, efficient, and exceptional care.

• Lead With Impact: Guide and inspire a team, streamline workflow, and ensure every patient receives world-class care.
• Schedule: Tuesday - Friday alternating Wednesday - Saturday 9AM-7PM
• Competitive Compensation : $27–$33/hr (even higher for VTS!)
• Coordinate all procedures and add-ons for Surgery and Neurology, ensuring seamless daily operations
• Oversee treatment queues and track task completion to maintain optimal workflow
• Assign and delegate cases strategically to maximize team efficiency and patient care
• Assist with patient treatments across Surgery and Neurology, supporting clinical excellence
• Ensure exceptional patient care by accurately managing digital treatment documentation
• Maintain team productivity during downtime by proactively identifying and assigning tasks
• Execute end-of-day responsibilities efficiently to close out operations smoothly
• Communicate with leadership proactively when additional support or resources are required
• Highly organized with excellent multitasking skills
• Clear communicator and natural leader
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and a true team player
• Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role.
• Dedicated ambulance bay for emergencies
• Multiple treatment wards and 20+ exam rooms
• Digital radiography, MRI, and CT suites
• Advanced operating rooms
• Veterinary compounding pharmacy, orthopedic and joint replacement surgeries, neurosurgery suite, and oncology center
• Referral services across specialties including Acupuncture, Anesthesia, Cardiology, Diagnostic Imaging, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Oncology, Social Work, and Surgery
