The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a warm welcome while ensuring smooth front desk operations and efficient communication between pet owners and the veterinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome pet owners with professionalism, warmth, and care
- Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and coordination
- Handle client inquiries, phone calls, messages, and day-to-day communication efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience
- Support the veterinary team with daily administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Assist in ensuring smooth clinic workflow and operations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Veterinary Receptionist is preferred
- Experience with
EzyVet
- is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and comprehension skills
- Excellent computer literacy and administrative skills
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Compassionate, professional, and comfortable working around animals
