2+ years of experience working as a veterinary assistant or in a related role, with a strong understanding of veterinary processes

Strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond for patients and teammates

A proactive, adaptable attitude with the ability to assist in various aspects of clinic operations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and positive client interactions

Enthusiasm for continuous learning and a growth mindset that aligns with our culture of curiosity

Austin, TX compensation ranges from $20.90–$28.50/hour for Veterinary Assistants and $28.50–$36.10/hour for Veterinary Nurses, depending on experience and level. A sign-on bonus and equity grant units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
