EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • · Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
  • · Licensed by the State of WV; License must be valid by date of employment
  • · Previous experience treating large and small animals
  • · Prior teaching experience preferred
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • · Ability to occasionally lift fifty (50) pounds
  • · Ability to stand for extended periods
  • · Fine motor skills
  • · Visual acuity
  • · Knowledge of current veterinary practices, safety procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • · Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor students in a hands-on learning environment.
  • · Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and community partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • · Prior teaching experience preferred
