Role Overview
Lead daily operations and deliver memorable guest experiences
Drive sales and profitability through strong financial and operational management
Develop sporting events, British-themed activations and live entertainment
Build strong relationships with regulars and the local community
Recruit, coach and develop a passionate team
Lead the team through the refurbishment and make the most of the expanded offering
Maintain high standards of service, presentation, safety and compliance

You’re an experienced hospitality leader with a creative approach, strong commercial awareness and a genuine understanding of British pub culture. You know how to turn ideas into events that bring people through the doors and keep them coming back.
You’ll bring:
Venue management experience and confidence managing financial performance
Experience with sports-led venues, live music and community engagement
Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide a team through change
A hands-on approach and a passion for building a venue’s reputation
Relevant WA liquor licensing qualifications
Availability across nights, weekends and public holidays
