Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic, hands-on
Venue Manager
to oversee the daily operations of a busy children’s play area.
The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, engaging, and high-quality experience for children and families while driving operational excellence and revenue growth.
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day venue operations ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and staffing
- Ensure all equipment and play areas are clean, safe, and fully operational
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in line with UAE regulations
Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service to children and parents
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Create a fun, welcoming, and engaging environment
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage staff including play attendants and front desk team
- Lead by example with a positive, energetic attitude
- Monitor team performance and conduct regular training sessions
Health & Safety Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to child safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular safety checks and risk assessments
- Maintain incident logs and ensure proper reporting
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive revenue through birthday parties, events, and memberships
- Upsell packages, food & beverage, and retail offerings
- Work towards achieving monthly revenue targets
Events & Parties
- Oversee planning and execution of birthday parties and special events
- Ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction for all bookings
Administration & Reporting
- Manage budgets, stock levels, and supplier coordination
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, attendance, and operations
- Monitor costs and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- 3–5+ years experience in venue management, hospitality, or family entertainment
- Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for working in a child-focused environment
- Knowledge of health & safety standards (UAE experience preferred)
- Salary budget: 15,000 AED per month + medical + visa + flights
