Venue Manager (15,000 AED Per Month) - Dubai based - Family Entertainment area / Children's soft play area

RIG is working with a client who owns a well known Children's Entertainment area.

Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic, hands-on Venue Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy children’s play area. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, engaging, and high-quality experience for children and families while driving operational excellence and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day venue operations ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Manage opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and staffing
• Ensure all equipment and play areas are clean, safe, and fully operational
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in line with UAE regulations

Customer Experience

• Deliver exceptional customer service to children and parents
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Create a fun, welcoming, and engaging environment

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and manage staff including play attendants and front desk team
• Lead by example with a positive, energetic attitude
• Monitor team performance and conduct regular training sessions

Health & Safety Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to child safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular safety checks and risk assessments
• Maintain incident logs and ensure proper reporting

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Drive revenue through birthday parties, events, and memberships
• Upsell packages, food & beverage, and retail offerings
• Work towards achieving monthly revenue targets

Events & Parties

• Oversee planning and execution of birthday parties and special events
• Ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction for all bookings

Administration & Reporting

• Manage budgets, stock levels, and supplier coordination
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, attendance, and operations
• Monitor costs and improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• 3–5+ years experience in venue management, hospitality, or family entertainment
• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for working in a child-focused environment
• Knowledge of health & safety standards (UAE experience preferred)

Salary budget: 15,000 AED per month + medical + visa + flights
