Role Description

Venture Scout / Venture Partner (MENA)

• , you will serve as an extension of LvlUp Ventures in the region - sourcing high-potential founders, spotting emerging opportunities early, and connecting exceptional MENA-based or MENA-focused companies to our global investment ecosystem.
• You’ll enjoy direct access to:
• LvlUp’s global deal flow engine and investment committee
• Leadership and core team
• Worldwide network of founders, operators, and investors
• Opportunities to lead or co-lead LvlUp’s regional initiatives (including the Dubai Global Investment Center)
• Direct involvement in the investment evaluation and selection process

What You’ll Do

• Source and refer high-potential startups from across MENA (any sector or stage, with emphasis on fintech, climate tech, logistics, healthtech, AI, Web3, and deep tech)
• Represent LvlUp Ventures at major regional events (e.g., LEAP, GITEX, RiseUp, Web Summit Qatar, Saudi Startup events) and within local networks
• Build strong relationships with founders, operators, family offices, accelerators, and ecosystem players across the GCC and North Africa
• Identify breakout trends, technologies, and talent early in the MENA region
• Support portfolio companies with strategic introductions to regional capital, governments, and corporate partners
• Contribute to LvlUp’s global pipeline while helping position MENA founders for international scale
