About This Role

Overview

This is an exciting individual contributor role that requires exceptional collaboration, coordination skills, and business acumen.

You will partner closely with Product Management, Tech, Venture Builder HQ Team, Marketing, and Brand teams to help ventures grow and scale successfully.

As a Venture Growth Lead, you will be responsible for designing and executing go-to-market (GTM) and growth strategies for new ventures across our portfolio.

You will own the P&L and take accountability for traction, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

This is an onsite role that blends strategy, execution, and leadership.

You’ll coordinate across internal studio departments (Brand, Product, Sales, Ops, Tech) while personally building and testing growth initiatives.

You will act as the growth co-founder for the ventures you lead.

We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in

Web3, blockchain, or crypto ecosystems

, combined with strong growth and marketing expertise.

Background in

investment banking, Islamic finance, or Shariah-compliant products

is a strong plus.

You will work closely with key stakeholders across the company to understand market opportunities, identify customer pain points, and implement innovative GTM campaigns across multiple markets.

Working across all areas of the business, you will serve as an internal and external liaison between Product, Design, Operations, Marketing, Commercial, Growth, and C-Level leadership.

Growth Strategy & GTM

  • Define and implement end-to-end growth strategies for ventures from 0 → 1.
  • Build GTM playbooks including positioning, customer segmentation, pricing, acquisition channels, and funnel design.
  • Drive venture scaling and expansion strategies across multiple markets.

Execution & Experimentation

  • Execute full-stack marketing initiatives across paid, owned, and earned channels including SEO/AEO, content, social media, partnerships, performance marketing, and lifecycle/CRM.
  • Design, run, and optimize growth experiments including A/B testing, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
  • Identify creative and unconventional growth opportunities to accelerate traction.

Commercial Ownership

  • Take full P&L ownership including revenue targets, CAC/LTV models, forecasting, and unit economics.
  • Collaborate with finance teams and founders to model growth scenarios and funding requirements.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as the bridge between Product, Sales, Brand, Design, and Operations teams within the studio.
  • Align growth priorities with product roadmap and founder vision.
  • Work closely with leadership teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Team Leadership

  • Build and lead growth squads including internal teams, freelancers, and external agencies.
  • Mentor founders and internal associates on growth methodologies and GTM best practices.

Reporting & Insights

  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track performance.
  • Deliver growth insights and performance updates to studio leadership and venture partners.

What You Need for This Role

  • 5–7 years of experience in investment banking, finance, or similar analytical roles
  • 5-7 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Head of Growth, or VP Growth roles, preferably within B2B SaaS, IT, Web3, blockchain, or crypto businesses.
  • Proven experience launching products or platforms within tech companies or startups.
  • Hands-on experience with Web3, blockchain, or crypto ecosystems is highly preferred.
  • Background in Islamic finance or Shariah-compliant financial products is a plus.
  • Degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or related fields.
  • Passion for product growth, user engagement, and customer adoption.
  • Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative market research across multiple markets.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and drive decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of social/viral growth mechanisms and web/app platforms.
  • Ability to independently lead multiple GTM launch cycles in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to gain buy-in from leadership teams.
  • Excellent communication skills across executive, technical, design, and business audiences.
  • Creative problem-solver with a strong bias toward action and execution.
  • Highly adaptable and able to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Fluent in English.
