About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic **Venture Capital Managing Partner** to lead investment activities, drive fund performance, and oversee the firm’s overall direction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in venture investing, deep industry networks, and the ability to identify and scale high-growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the firm’s investment strategy, including sourcing, evaluating, and executing deals
- Identify high-potential startups and emerging market opportunities
- Oversee due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring processes
- Manage and mentor investment team members and analysts
- Build and maintain relationships with founders, investors, and ecosystem partners
- Represent the firm in negotiations, board roles, and industry events
- Monitor portfolio performance and support portfolio companies in scaling
- Drive fundraising efforts and manage relationships with limited partners (LPs)
- Ensure alignment with the firm’s long-term vision and financial targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10–15+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or entrepreneurship
- Proven track record of successful investments and exits
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Extensive network within startup and investor ecosystems
- Leadership experience with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience managing or co-managing a venture capital fund
- Prior board membership or advisory roles in startups
- Exposure to regional markets (Middle East / GCC)
- Sector expertise (e.g., fintech, AI, healthcare, energy, etc.)
