Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle including onboarding and registration
• Handle vendor documentation, compliance, and record management
• Coordinate with procurement team for vendor selection and evaluation
• Maintain an updated vendor database and ensure data accuracy
• Liaise with vendors for quotations, negotiations, and contract discussions
• Ensure all vendor documents (licenses, certifications, agreements) are valid and updated
• Support procurement activities including purchase orders and approvals
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Prepare reports on vendor status, documentation, and procurement activities

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of vendor management and procurement processes
• Experience in vendor registration and documentation handling
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and basic ERP systems
• Problem-solving and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• Experience working in procurement or supply chain department
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an advantage
