Velocity Solutions Engineer

The Solutions Engineer’s primary role is to serve as a technical advisor and champion for CodeRabbit customers. In this function, you will play a crucial role in the customers’ pre-sales journey by partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams to help customers appreciate the value of CodeRabbit. This is an exciting role for those who are technically curious and passionate about building AI-powered solutions for the SDLC. 2 + years of experience in a customer-facing technical role with 2+ years in a dynamic, fast-paced, startup-like environment

Experience working with diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to business leaders.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer needs simultaneously

Strong experience with software development tools and platforms

Comfortable working with commandline

Knowledge in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sense of ownership, self-motivation and eagerness to acquire new skills solve new problems

Willingness to uplevel the knowledge and skills of your peers through mentorship, trainings and shadowing

Experience in container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernenetes), infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform), CI/CD tools (e.g. Github Actions)
