The role is full-time and involves customer-facing vehicle rental and reservation work.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, rental bookings, and reservations.
- Assist with vehicle selection, rental agreements, and documentation.
- Explain rental terms, conditions, rates, deposits, and insurance coverage.
- Manage vehicle handovers and returns, including condition inspections.
- Coordinate with fleet and maintenance teams to ensure vehicle availability.
- Maintain rental records, payments, and customer information.
- Follow up on returns, extensions, and outstanding payments.
- Provide customer service and resolve concerns professionally.
Requirements
- One year of Rental Agent experience is required.
- Vehicle rental or automotive industry experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-service skills are required.
- Knowledge of rental procedures and documentation is required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office are required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
- Good English communication skills are required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Candidates should be professional, organized, and trustworthy.
