Vehicle Pricing Analyst

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Use an automated assistant to set inventory prices and manually research individual vehicles to support profitability and stock turnover.
• Research vehicle prices across multiple platforms and use data to adjust prices and stay competitive.
• Identify merchandising issues, report them, and take ownership of resolving them.
• Contribute to pricing and performance decisions for the group and division.

Candidate requirements

• Strong data analysis and research skills, including checking costs against vehicle prices and identifying trends.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple internal systems.
• Methodical, diligent approach; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive ownership of work and interest in driving improvements.
• Automotive knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
• Must live within a commutable distance of the Lincoln store.

Work pattern and location

• Full-time role, 45 hours per week, with hybrid working Monday to Friday.
• The position is based in Lincoln and requires living within a commutable distance of the store.
