Vehicle Estimator

About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Estimator with strong experience in handling multibrand luxury and exotic vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing cost estimates, coordinating with insurance companies, and ensuring smooth repair approvals while maintaining premium customer experience standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect accident/damaged vehicles (luxury & exotic brands) and prepare accurate repair estimates
• Analyze damage and determine repair vs replacement requirements
• Prepare detailed cost estimates including parts, labor, and paint
• Liaise with insurance companies, surveyors, and loss adjusters for approvals
• Upload estimates and reports in insurance portals and internal systems
• Coordinate with workshop team, service advisors, and parts department
• Ensure timely approvals to avoid delays in vehicle repair
• Monitor ongoing repairs and revise estimates if required
• Maintain proper documentation, job cards, and reports
• Deliver excellent customer communication regarding repair scope and cost
• Ensure compliance with OEM standards and workshop quality procedures

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Vehicle Estimator / Bodyshop Estimator
• Mandatory experience with luxury/exotic multibrand vehicles (e.g., Porsche, Bentley, Rolls Royce, Ferrari, Lamborghini, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of bodyshop operations, denting, painting, and repair techniques
• Experience handling UAE insurance companies and claims process
• Familiarity with estimation software (Audatex, CCC, or similar)
• Ability to read and interpret technical repair manuals
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
