We are looking for an experienced **Van Salesman** to join our team in Al Karama, Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in food product sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell and promote food products to supermarkets, groceries, cafeterias, restaurants, and retail outlets.
- Visit existing customers and identify new business opportunities within the assigned route.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and accurate order collection.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and handle inquiries professionally.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Collect payments and maintain proper sales records.
- Ensure the sales van is clean, organized, and stocked with products.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to management.
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of experience as a Van Salesman in the UAE food industry**.
- Valid **UAE Manual Driving License** (mandatory).
- Good knowledge of Dubai and UAE market routes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
