Role overview

Responsibilities

• Visit commercial establishments to generate sales and develop new customers.
• Promote and sell food containers, cups, takeaway packaging, tissue products, and related items.
• Maintain existing customer relationships, follow up regularly, take orders, introduce products, and recommend suitable items.
• Meet monthly sales targets, grow revenue, and follow up on payments and outstanding balances.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand; keep sales records and report to management.
• Handle products properly and keep the company vehicle in good condition.

Requirements

• Previous UAE van, outdoor, or B2B sales experience is preferred.
• Experience with disposable products, food packaging, tissue products, or restaurant supplies is a strong advantage.
• A valid UAE driving licence is required.
• Knowledge of Dubai commercial markets and customer locations is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, customer relationship, business development, and target achievement skills are required.
• The candidate should be self-motivated, honest, customer-focused, and positive.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 2,500–4,000 per month; salary is described as competitive based on experience, with sales commission and performance incentives.

Workplace

• Work is in person and involves visiting commercial customers in Dubai.
