Due to continued growth, we're looking for 3.5 Ton Van Drivers to join our team in Greenford , working with our premium customer, Waitrose . Earn up to £16.00 per hour Flexible Working Patterns Choose a working pattern that suits your lifestyle: Full-time and part-time opportunities available Work between 2 and 5 days per week Shift Start Times: Morning shifts: 04:30 - 07:00 Afternoon shifts: 12:00 - 14:00 Pay, Benefits and More £15.07 per hour basic rate Opportunity to earn up to £16.00 per hour through our bonus scheme (T&Cs apply) 28 days annual leave including Bank Holidays Company-sponsored pension scheme Access to our Hapi benefits platform including high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, cashback cards and savings schemes Ongoing career development and progression opportunities What You'll Be Doing Safely completing multi-drop deliveries, typically serving 20+ customers per day Managing customer returns and reporting discrepancies accurately Carrying out vehicle safety checks and defect reporting Delivering outstanding customer service at the customer's doorstep What You'll Need Full UK manual driving licence held for at least 6 months No more than 6 penalty points (no TT99, IN, DD, DR or DG endorsements) Excellent communication and customer service skills Flexibility to work unsocial hours and weekends as required We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
