REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Oracle operating systems
  • Machine and/or fabrication experience
  • Working knowledge of Lean systems and tools
  • Strong leadership
  • EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering / business
  • 5+ years of experience in supervisory role preferably in manufacturing environment
  • LANGUAGE SKILLS:
  • Listen and communicate with union and office employees
  • REASONING ABILITY:
  • Must be able to draw conclusions and make fair judgment on employee issues
  • LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
  • Must be able to work within the ISO 9001 work instructions
  • PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Sit, stand, walk, talk, write, lift, work with hands
  • WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Office and shop floor
