Role Purpose
Examine, analyze, and report supply chain data to improve productivity for Network members and suppliers.
Collect transactional and operational data and evaluate performance against modeled assumptions, project goals, and operating capabilities.
Develop supply chain information, scorecards, and financial simulations to improve business understanding and supply chain efficiency.
Essential Duties
- Collect, analyze, evaluate, and report data to increase supply chain efficiency.
- Analyze member and supplier value-chain activities to identify operational savings and improved performance.
- Create reports for inventory analysis, performance, SKU rationalization, profitability, and ad hoc needs.
- Coordinate data extractions with members and suppliers, maintain databases, and design new reports.
- Participate in member and supplier meetings to present initiatives, analytical results, and goals.
- Recommend department efficiency improvements and complete additional projects as assigned.

- Build and maintain complex applications and programs for analysis, data organization, and reporting from multiple sources.
- Communicate complex information clearly to broad audiences and work effectively independently and in teams.
- Use analytical reasoning, critical thinking, problem-solving, presentation, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Work across functions and organizational levels under tight deadlines.
Education and Experience
- At least 3 years of supply chain operations and/or analytics experience with end-to-end supply chain process knowledge is required.
- Analytic-process proficiency and understanding of supply chain links with operations, sales, and finance are required.
- A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- APICS/ASCM certification is strongly preferred.
Technology and Software
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Basic database concepts and SQL experience or knowledge are required.
- Tableau or Power BI experience is preferred.
