Validation/Characterization Engineer

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field of study
• 6+ years of related experience in Validation or Test
• Preferred qualifications:
• Ability to read datasheet and related design specification to understand the how the block will be working in customer systems and identify appropriate test cases
• Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
• Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
• Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
• ADC validation knowledge is a plus point
• Ability to drive/implement/maintain AI driven Python infrastructure to make overall validation cycle time faster
