The Valet Parking Driver greets guests upon arrival, assists with parking their vehicles, and retrieves vehicles when requested.
The role requires safe driving practices, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle a variety of vehicle types.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide professional, friendly service.
- Receive vehicles from customers and issue claim tickets.
- Safely park vehicles in designated parking areas.
- Retrieve vehicles promptly upon customer request.
- Conduct basic visual inspections of vehicles before parking.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and keys.
- Assist guests with luggage when required.
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
- Report any vehicle damage, accidents, or incidents immediately.
- Keep parking areas organized and secure.
Requirements
- and Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred by many employers).
- Good knowledge of safe driving and parking procedures.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Physical fitness to stand, walk, and jog for extended periods.
- Basic English communication skills; additional languages may be an advantage.
- Pay: AED2,600.00 per hour
