About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Valet Attendant – Parking Services to join the resort’s Parking Services team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Greet guests courteously upon arrival and departure.
• Safely drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles in designated parking areas.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle tags, keys, and parking locations.
• Assist guests with luggage or directions as needed.
• Ensure smooth traffic flow at the entrance and exit points.
• Inspect vehicles for damage before parking and report any issues immediately.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area.
• Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are delivered.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Assist in emergency situations such as vehicle breakdowns or accidents.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Previous experience in valet or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts
