Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for IT strategy, delivery, service enhancement, and change management.
- Identify process improvements, system enhancements, and business requirements.
- Work with operational teams, IT colleagues, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to design and embed requirements.
- Prepare stakeholders for change, ensure solutions are fit for purpose, and measure and report return on investment.
Essential requirements
- Build strong business relationships and prioritize request backlogs using value, time, risk, and dependencies.
- Understand and communicate change impact and readiness throughout the delivery and service lifecycle.
- Support governance, strategic system investment, business case development, and alignment of business objectives with IT strategy.
- Manage external provider relationships; organize and manage multiple priorities; know project management techniques.
Workplace and travel
- Home-based role with occasional, fully expensed travel—up to a few times a month—to Birmingham head office and other UK locations.
Compensation
- Salary is £64,787 per annum.
