We are seeking an experienced and target driven
Sales Manager – Energy Rentals
to join our new team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving rental business growth across the UAE energy rental sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales and business development activities for energy rental solutions
- Develop/maintain strong relationships with key clients and EPC contractors.
- Identify new market opportunities and manage strategic accounts
- Work closely with operation & technical team to deliver customized rental solutions
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals

Diesel and Gas Generators /Chillers/ Air Compressors/Oil‑Free Air Compressors/ Load Banks/ Tower Lights/ Battery Energy Storage & Hybrid Energy Solutions
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of hardcore Sales experience in the Rental Industry within the UAE, specifically in the Energy Rental sector
- Proven track record of “achieve and exceed” revenue and margin targets
- Previous experience in Medium Voltage Rentals, large‑capacity Chillers, and Load Bank rentals will be a strong added advantage
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills
- Ability to work independently and lead business growth initiatives
