Duration: Yearly renewable contract
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of professional experience in UX writing, content design, or digital copywriting, with a portfolio of shipped product work.
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centred content across web and/or mobile products, including microcopy, error states, onboarding, and transactional flows.
- Solid grasp of UX principles, information architecture, and user-centred design thinking, with ability to collaborate fluently in design workflows.
- Experience working within design systems, contributing to or adhering to voice, tone, and content guidelines at scale.
- Strong command of written English with the ability to adapt tone and register across diverse content types and user contexts.
- Familiarity with localization workflows and the practical challenges of bilingual (English/Arabic) content delivery.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive language principles.
- Comfortable working in agile delivery environments alongside product, design, and engineering teams
