About This Role
Overview
We are looking for an exceptional UX/UI Lead to define and elevate the user experience of the ADAPT platform a category-defining, multi-sided digital ecosystem transforming industrial supply chains.
This is a leadership role for someone who can combine strategic product thinking with hands-on design execution.
You will own the end-to-end user experience across buyers, suppliers, and national-level stakeholders, shaping a platform that must be both powerful and elegantly simple.
You will work closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to translate complex workflows into intuitive, high-performance digital experiences.

UX Strategy & Product Design
- Own the end-to-end UX vision and design strategy for the ADAPT platform
- Translate complex supply chain and ERP-driven workflows into simple, intuitive user journeys
- Define design principles, interaction models, and experience standards across the platform
- Lead discovery, user research, and usability testing to continuously refine the product
UI & Design Execution
- Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI designs
- Establish and maintain a scalable design system aligned with ADAPT branding
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and usability across all user touchpoints
- Drive a clean, modern, enterprise-grade visual language
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver seamless experiences
- Act as the voice of the user in product and technical discussions
- Guide and mentor designers as the team scales
- Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure UX supports adoption and growth
Platform Complexity & Integration
- Design experiences that integrate with ERP systems and external data sources
- Simplify data-heavy interfaces (inventory, materials, search, analytics) into actionable insights
- Ensure performance, responsiveness, and scalability across user types
