Job Overview
We are looking for an **enthusiastic and detail-oriented UX Researcher** to join our team in **Riyadh** for a **1-year project**.
In this role, you will lead and support various **user research activities** including user interviews, usability testing, focus groups, and accessibility assessments.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute UX research projects, including defining research strategies, preparing scripts, and setting up research environments.
- Conduct and moderate research sessions such as **usability testing, user interviews, card sorting, and focus groups**.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and user challenges.
- Analyze and synthesize research findings into **clear, actionable insights**.
- Present and communicate research results to design, product, and development teams.
- Perform **desk research** activities (heuristic evaluations, competitor analysis, comparable product reviews, etc.).
- Recruit and screen participants that match user personas and testing criteria.
- Create **user personas**, **journey maps**, and other research deliverables.
- Support in **usability and accessibility evaluations** to ensure inclusive design outcomes.
- Manage multiple research tasks simultaneously while meeting timelines and quality standards.
Requirements
- **Saudi Nationality** (Male or Female).
- **Based in Riyadh** – presence required for in-person research sessions.
- **1-year project-based role**, starting **ASAP** (with potential extension).
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in UX Research or related fields (UX/UI Design with research involvement).
- Proven experience conducting **user testing** and qualitative research.
- **Arabic fluency** is essential; **English** proficiency is a plus.
- Strong understanding of **user-centered design, usability, and interaction design principles**.
- Familiarity with **accessibility standards** is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
