UX Researcher / On-Demand

About This Role

This is an on-demand/project-based position. As an On-Demand/Project-Based UX Researcher, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse array of projects with various clients, contributing your expertise to uncover valuable user insights. You will conduct comprehensive user research using a range of methodologies, providing actionable recommendations that shape the design and development of our clients.

Responsibilities

Conduct User Research:

• Assist in planning and conducting user research activities such as user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and focus groups, tailored to each project's objectives.

• Aid in recruiting participants for research studies and coordinating research sessions.

Data Collection and Analysis:

• Assist in collecting qualitative and quantitative data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Help with organizing and synthesizing research findings, contributing to the analysis process.

Report and Documentation:

• Assist in documenting research methodologies, findings, and insights.

• Contribute to the creation of clear and concise research reports and presentations.

• Prepare research reports, presentations, and other deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, product managers, and clients, to integrate research findings into the design and development process.

• Participate in meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to contribute insights and ideas.

Adaptability:

• Be adaptable and responsive to meet the evolving research needs and priorities of our agency, especially in an on-demand, project-based environment.

• Be flexible with your time and availability to align with our agency's requirements and deadlines.

Communication:

• Let us know your availability for work periodically with our managers to better

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing updates on research progress and findings.

• Present research findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively, both orally and in writing.

Support The Research Team:

• Assist our UX Research team in our projects by helping with research tasks and providing support as needed.

• Learn from experienced researchers and seek guidance to enhance your research skills and expertise.

Qualifications

Must have:

• Strong passion for user research and UX design.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Have a base theoretical knowledge of: Usability Testing, User Interview, Expert Review, Personas, and User Journey.

Preferable:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Knowledgable of the key UX research tools and software, such as usability testing software, survey platforms, and analytics tools.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have:

• Acquired or successfully passed Related UX Courses, Certificates.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or a similar discipline) or an equivalent years or expertise in the field.
