Responsibilities

  • As a UX Designer / UX Researcher with mthree, you'll support complex, data-driven internal products and enterprise workflows. The position sits within our client global UX team and focuses on understanding user needs, researching business processes, mapping end-to-end journeys, and designing intuitive solutions for sophisticated business applications.

  • Join a mthree client for 24 months while receiving support and salary increases every 12 months.
  • The vast majority then convert to permanent employees with the client at the end of the program.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related major
  • A GPA of 2.7 or higher. We look for potential, not prestige, but it’s important that you enjoy pushing yourself to pick up new ideas.
  • The right to work without needing visa sponsorship.
  • Conduct user research to identify needs and pain points.
  • Map user journeys, workflows, and flows.
  • Translate requirements into intuitive user experiences.
  • Create wireframes, concepts, and prototypes.
  • Test and refine solutions through user feedback.
  • Collaborate with business, technology, and product teams.
  • Simplify complex workflows and data-heavy environments.
  • Experience in UX Design, UX Research, Product Design, or Interaction Design.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design.
  • Experience with research, journey mapping, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Comfortable working with complex products, large data sets, and broad ecosystems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
