UX Designer

Party Kracker LLC, a leading events company in Dubai, is seeking a creative and user-focused UX/UI Designer to design engaging digital experiences across our websites, mobile applications, and internal systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching user needs, creating wireframes and prototypes, and designing intuitive interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and business performance.

· Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and competitor analysis to identify user needs and pain points.

· Create user personas, user journeys, user flows, and information architecture.

· Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.

· Plan and improve user experience across websites, booking systems, and digital platforms.

· Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement.

· Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business teams to translate requirements into user-centered solutions.

· Ensure consistency and usability across all digital touchpoints.

· Monitor user behavior and recommend enhancements to improve engagement and conversion rates.

· Stay updated with UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

· Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design.

· Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar prototyping tools.

· Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.

· Knowledge of responsive web and mobile design principles.

· Understanding of design thinking methodologies and user-centered design processes.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).

· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in UX Design.

· Strong portfolio demonstrating user research, wireframes, prototypes, and completed UX projects.

· Experience working on websites, mobile applications, SaaS platforms, or digital products.

· Experience in events, hospitality, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms is an advantage.
