UX Designer

Role overview

Accountabilities

• Lead UX design activities and ensure design requirements are addressed throughout the product design process.
• Partner with product managers, stakeholders, engineers, and designers from research and discovery through design and implementation.
• Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and feedback gathering to understand needs and validate decisions.
• Create wireframes, workflows, prototypes, mockups, and interactive experiences.
• Audit platform features for usability, accessibility, consistency, and interaction improvements.
• Work with developers to implement designs accurately and optimize experiences across devices and platforms.
• Present design concepts, research findings, recommendations, and prototypes to stakeholders and senior decision-makers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional UX Design experience, preferably in a product-focused organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Engineering, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong portfolio covering UX and product design for enterprise software, self-service platforms, or complex web applications.
• Advanced Figma proficiency and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with complex web products, user research, usability testing, responsive design, accessibility, and web interaction patterns.
• Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, business, and design stakeholders and clearly present design rationale.
• Experience with developers and familiarity with React, Laravel, PHP, AWS, or comparable web technologies is advantageous.
