We are seeking talented
UX Copy Writer (Hindi)
to create intuitive, user-friendly content for digital banking products and customer journeys.
The ideal candidate will combine UX writing expertise with strong Hindi and English language skills to deliver clear, engaging, and localized digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Create UX content for mobile apps, websites, and digital banking platforms.
- Develop onboarding content, microcopy, notifications, error messages, and help content.
- Support localization and translation validation initiatives.
- Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, CX Teams, and Marketing teams.
- Participate in content testing, journey mapping, and UX research activities.
