About The Role

We are seeking a professional, detail-focused Sales Utility Broker to work from our Dubai office (Barsha Height's, nearest Metro - Dubai Internet City), contacting UK commercial customers from our existing database.

The purpose of this role is to identify customers who are approaching their utility contract renewal window, gather and verify key information, and upsell the contract.

Due to the nature of the position, we are specifically seeking candidates of British nationality or who has lived in UK with British accent only.

Outbound Customer Contact (Uk Businesses)

  • Contact existing UK business customers using company-approved diallers and scripts
  • Speak with UK decision-makers (Directors, Finance Managers, Office Managers)
  • Identify whether customers are within or approaching their gas, electricity or water renewal window
  • Upsell the utility contract, complete the documentation

Crm & Lead Handover

  • Log all calls, notes and outcomes accurately in the CRM
  • Clearly tag and qualify opportunities

Compliance & Governance

  • Follow all company compliance processes and UK TPI guidelines
  • Use only approved wording, scripts and disclosures
  • Do not provide pricing, savings claims, or contract advice
  • Escalate any customer complaints, objections or data concerns to the UK team immediately

Essential

  • Previous experience in lead generation, outbound calling or telesales
  • Confident and professional telephone manner with UK customers
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Comfortable working to call targets and quality standards
  • Experience using CRM systems

Desirable

  • Experience supporting UK-based sales teams from offshore locations
  • Exposure to commercial utilities, energy, telecoms or B2B services
  • Understanding of regulated sales environments
