Role Description
The Utility Engineering Head is a full-time, on-site role based in ICAD I.
The role entails overseeing the operation, maintenance, and optimization of all utility systems within the manufacturing facility to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Responsibilities
include managing a team of utility staff, ensuring equipment reliability, compliance with safety and regulatory standards, as well as driving strategies for energy efficiency and sustainability.
The Utility Engineering Head will also lead troubleshooting efforts and recommend innovative solutions for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong technical expertise in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Hands-on experience with utility systems management, maintenance, and optimization in manufacturing setups.
- Proficiency in energy efficiency and sustainability practices, with the ability to implement cost-saving measures.
- Proven leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational excellence.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards in utility operations.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) preferred; advanced technical certifications are a plus.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare manufacturing industry is advantageous.
