REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of underground utility installation, excavation regulations, and pipeline safety for Foreman position is required.
- Ability to understand project quantities and production for Foreman position.
- Ability to work in a crew-based environment.
- Punctuality and dependability are required.
- Previous asphalt paving/placement experience is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Possess a valid PA driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
- Ability to read and follow construction site drawings, blueprints, diagrams, and specifications is preferred.
- Prior experience in operating a variety of heavy equipment is preferred.
- Maintain all necessary tools for Equipment Operators.
- Physically able to perform tasks involving climbing, lifting, balancing, and handling materials.
- Skilled in correctly forming and pouring ADA ramps; concrete highway dowel work experience is a plus.
- Capable of understanding and following oral and written instructions.
- Able to perform manual labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
