Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused **Usher** to join our team.
The Usher will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Check tickets and guide guests to their assigned areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas.
- Provide information and support to guests when needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Support daily operations and follow company procedures.
Requirements
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
