π― The Role
We are seeking an experienced
User Experience Manager
- to lead UX strategy, design initiatives, and user experience improvements across digital products and platforms.
- The ideal candidate will manage UX teams, conduct user research, optimize customer journeys, and champion user-centered design principles to create seamless and impactful experiences.
- π Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement UX strategies aligned with business objectives, product goals, and customer experience priorities
- Lead user experience design initiatives across websites, applications, digital platforms, and customer touchpoints
- Manage user research activities including interviews, usability testing, surveys, journey mapping, and behavioral analysis
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, marketers, analytics teams, and business stakeholders to deliver user-centered solutions
- Develop UX frameworks, design standards, workflows, and best practices to improve product usability and consistency
- Analyze user feedback, customer behavior, analytics data, and usability insights to identify experience improvement opportunities
- Oversee information architecture, interaction design, wireframes, prototypes, and user interface optimization initiatives
- Manage UX projects, timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery
- Establish UX measurement frameworks including usability metrics, customer satisfaction indicators, engagement metrics, and experience performance tracking
- Advocate for user-centered design practices and promote UX maturity across the organization
- Lead, mentor, and develop UX designers, researchers, and experience professionals
- Prepare UX reports, insights, presentations, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
- β Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Psychology, Computer Science, Digital Experience, or a related field preferred
- Professional certifications in UX Design, User Research, Design Thinking, Product Management, or equivalent are advantageous
- 5+ years of experience in user experience design, UX research, product design, digital experience, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing UX teams, design programs, or user experience initiatives preferred
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, user research methods, interaction design, information architecture, and customer journey mapping
- Experience with UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, prototyping tools, analytics platforms, and research tools
- Strong analytical, creative, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to translate user insights into practical design solutions and business improvements
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
