Overview

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients presenting with genital dysfunction and andrology-related issues, and develop treatment plans accordingly
• Perform a wide range of urological procedures, including surgeries, to address various conditions related to the reproductive system
• Utilize advanced diagnostic techniques, such as ultrasound and endoscopy, to accurately diagnose patients
• Collaborate with other medical professionals, including endocrinologists and fertility specialists, to provide comprehensive care to patients
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and techniques in urology and andrology to continuously improve patient care
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding their condition, treatment options, and post-operative care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure timely completion of all administrative tasks
• Show commitment to patient satisfaction and actively seek feedback to improve the quality of care provided
• Act as a mentor and resource for junior staff and contribute to the overall growth and development of the department

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Urology
• Candidate must hold UK Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT), American Board certification, or Canadian Board certification
• Fellowship training in Genital Dysfunction and Andrology preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Urology, with a focus on Genital Dysfunction and Andrology
• Proficient in using advanced diagnostic and surgical techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage a heavy workload
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
