Job Summary

We are seeking a Adventurus, well-educated and responsible Nanny/Housemaid (Caregiver)-Only Indonesian Lady to join a warm and respectful expat family based in Al Ain, UAE.

Who will be travel with the family outside countries as well.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about nurturing children and contributing to their educational growth in a structured and caring environment.

The family values professionalism, trust, and a positive attitude, offering a stable and welcoming home.

You will play a key role in supporting both childcare and light personal assistance with a high level of organization and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive care to children in a safe and nurturing environment
  • Support children’s educational development (homework, reading, basic learning activities)
  • Plan engaging educational and recreational activities
  • Assist with children’s daily routines (meals, hygiene, school preparation)
  • Provide basic personal care assistance to employer if required
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of children’s areas
  • Coordinate schedules and assist with daily household tasks related to childcare
  • Ensure children’s safety and well-being at all times

Requirements

  • Educated candidate (minimum high school; diploma/degree preferred)
  • Must have ( 4-6 years experience) Nanny or in a child care setting is preferred,tutor, or personal care assistant
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to teach and guide children academically
  • Patient, trustworthy, and well-organized
  • Basic knowledge of child development and hygiene
  • Flexible and able to handle multiple responsibilities
  • First Aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evenings or weekends
  • Duty: 9 hours per day 6 days a week (with one hour break)
