MercyOne Waterloo – Urgent Care Physician Opportunity

MercyOne Waterloo is seeking a BC/BE physician to join our busy, well?established Urgent Care team. This is a full?time, hospital?employed position offering an excellent work/life balance and a highly competitive compensation package.

Position Highlights

Full-time Urgent Care position

Clinic Hours: Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Weekends: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Holiday hours vary

Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Weekends: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Holiday hours vary

No call requirements

Compensation & Benefits

  • $290,000 Salary Guarantee + Production Incentive
  • $100,000 Starting Bonus
  • $40,000 Longevity Bonus at completion of Year 3
  • $15,000 Relocation Allowance
