Are you an experienced UPS professional with a strong background in critical power systems?
We are seeking a skilled UPS Field Service Engineer to support the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UPS and power protection solutions across Qatar.
This role is critical in ensuring the reliability and uptime of mission-critical infrastructure for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, test, commission, and maintain single-phase and three-phase UPS systems and associated battery solutions.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and availability.
- Diagnose and resolve faults on UPS systems and related power infrastructure.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
- Conduct customer training on UPS operation and maintenance best practices.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, site assessments, and technical documentation.
- Support equipment upgrades, replacements, and small-scale project implementations.
- Ensure compliance with company and site safety standards during all field activities.
- Participate in emergency support and on-call service activities when required.
