Required Qualifications

  • Ability to diagnose and repair electrical issues.
  • Knowledge of programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) for automating and controlling electrical systems.
  • Understanding of power distribution systems and their maintenance
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good Communication
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in upholstery or a related field.
  • Certifications in upholstery, sewing, or related technical skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of various upholstery materials, including vinyl, leather, fabric, and foam, and their appropriate uses.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
  • Working Conditions:
  • Maintain cleanliness, ensure safety compliance to include PPE adherence, safety policy adherence, and safe behaviors and conditions. Must possess the desire and ambition to always work safely and report all hazards to their supervisor immediately.
  • Must understand basic terminology such as OSHA, DEP, and other regulatory agencies.
  • Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment where designated, including but not limited to safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.
  • The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $23.18, hourly. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus or short-term incentive program. This position is also eligible for an award target as part of Brunswick’s long-term incentive program.
