NOW HIRING: SAR Unit Manager (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SAR Unit Manager (RN) to oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit . This leadership role is ideal for a Registered Nurse who thrives in a fast-paced rehab environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality care and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise clinical staff and ensure delivery of person-centered care on the SAR unit
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, and patient care planning with interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor clinical documentation, medication administration, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Provide staff coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback
- Communicate effectively with families, providers, and rehab partners to support optimal recovery
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of New Jersey (required)
- Previous experience in subacute/rehab or similar setting
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
