Role overview
The company seeks an experienced Uniform Sales Executive with a strong client and sales track record for its established brand.
The role covers new business development, existing-client relationships, order coordination, and seasonal sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new business and develop sales opportunities.
- Research markets and create strategies to enter new markets.
- Visit existing clients and maintain strong relationships through customer service.
- Coordinate with production to support timely order delivery.
- Resolve order processing and delivery issues.
- Develop sales strategies, monitor performance, and adjust tactics to meet revenue and seasonal targets.
- Manage payment collection and follow company policies.
Qualifications and requirements
- At least five years of experience in a similar sales role; uniform sales in an outdoor environment is specified as required.
- A strong track record of previous work and clients.
- Good knowledge of fabrics, printing, and embroidery techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; willingness to travel for business.
- A relevant bachelor's degree is preferred; experience in garments, uniforms, or gifts is preferred.
Compensation
- Basic salary plus commission and other benefits.
- Pay is AED 8,000–10,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person; the role includes outdoor uniform sales and business travel.
