For almost 20 years, we have partnered with some of the most prestigious luxury resorts globally, delivering exceptional service to high-end travel advisors across more than 30 countries.
As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our elite reservations team and are seeking an experienced Ukrainian-Speaking Reservations Consultant with a strong background in Thailand and UAE hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex luxury reservations, villa allocations, and tailor-made itineraries across the Maldives, Seychelles, UAE, South Africa, and Thailand.
- Liaise daily with world-leading luxury resorts and hotel partners.
- Prepare accurate and polished quotations, overseeing bookings from enquiry through to confirmation.
- Support high-end travel advisors with exceptional attention to detail and service excellence.
- Work closely with operations, concierge, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
What We Are Looking For
- Fluent Ukrainian and English.
- Proven experience and knowledge within luxury reservations for Thailand resorts and/or UAE five-star hotels.
- Strong understanding of villa categories, meal plans, transfers, festive supplements, occupancy configurations, and luxury resort operations.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage high booking volumes with precision and attention to detail.
- Strong commercial awareness, communication skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Professional, proactive, and confident working within a fast-paced international environment.
