WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• We’re looking for graduates with a results-led approach, who are curious and confident enough to share new ideas. You should have a degree in a STEM or Business related field, or have experience with data science and analysis. However most of all, we want to see your passion and natural affinity for technology, your confidence in pushing the boundaries and your creative approach. Other qualities we would like to see in you include: We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate exposure to AI and software development through their degree, an AI/ML minor or module, academic projects, or personal projects. Experience with Python or another programming language, software engineering/development principles, data analysis, machine learning or generative AI is desirable but by no means a prerequisite; practical curiosity and a willingness to build and experiment with AI-enabled solutions are equally important.
