Microvision IT Solutions is looking for a highly experienced UI/UX Lead Designer to define, lead, and elevate the end-to-end product design function across our digital ecosystem.
This role requires a strong blend of strategic UX leadership, systems thinking, and hands-on design execution to shape scalable, intuitive, and high-impact user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall UI/UX vision, strategy, and execution across web and digital platforms, ensuring consistency, usability, and design excellence
- Architect and evolve a scalable design system, including UI components, interaction patterns, and comprehensive design guidelines
- Own end-to-end user experience design, including user journeys, information architecture, and workflow optimization for complex systems
- Translate business objectives and user requirements into intuitive, elegant, and functional design solutions
- Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using industry-standard tools
- Conduct usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and UX audits to identify friction points and drive continuous product improvement
- Lead design QA processes to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and alignment between design and development
- Partner closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery
- Establish UX best practices, design standards, and governance frameworks to strengthen organizational design maturity
- Mentor and guide design practices across teams, fostering a strong culture of user-centered design thinking
- Contribute to product strategy discussions by providing data-informed and user-focused design insights
Engagement & Work Model
- Hybrid role based in Dubai
- Initial full-time engagement (100%) to establish foundational design systems, UX frameworks, and product consistency
- Transition to part-time strategic leadership for ongoing design oversight, reviews, and consultation
