UI/UX Developer – Fintech & Banking Platforms
We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Developer (Arabic Speaker) to join a leading organization operating at the intersection of banking and fintech.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong UI/UX design capabilities with front-end development expertise to build seamless, user-centric digital experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive and visually engaging user experiences for mobile apps, web platforms, and back-office systems
- Translate business and product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Convert approved UI designs into responsive, high-quality front-end code
- Develop interactive user interfaces using JavaScript and modern front-end technologies
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Teams, and Developers to define product strategy and roadmap
- Conduct UX research, usability testing, and user journey analysis to improve customer experience
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, responsiveness, and performance across platforms
- Work within compliance-driven and enterprise environments, particularly in fintech and banking domains
- Drive data-informed design and development decisions to improve engagement, usability, and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Developer, Front-End Developer, or Product Designer
- Arabic and English communication skills are mandatory
- Strong experience in both UI/UX design and front-end development
- Proven experience in fintech, banking, or financial services platforms
- Expertise in Figma, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks/libraries is a plus
- Strong understanding of UX research, interaction design, and user-centered design principles
- Experience designing and developing complex workflows such as payments, onboarding journeys, and dashboards
- Familiarity with analytics and usability tools such as Mixpanel, Maze, or similar
- Experience working in the Saudi market is preferred
- Background in payment systems or digital banking platforms is highly preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing both design and implemented front-end work
