We are partnering with an innovative London-based technology company developing cutting-edge solutions at the intersection of AI, compliance, operations, and digital transformation.

As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a talented Digital UI/UX Designer with front-end development skills to help create intuitive, user-centric experiences across client-facing products, AI-enabled workflows, and internal platforms.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in transforming complex business processes, technical requirements, and AI-driven workflows into seamless digital experiences.

Working closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams, you will take ownership of the full design lifecycle—from research and discovery through to wireframing, prototyping, testing, and optimisation.

Projects will include AI-powered workflows, onboarding experiences, digital dashboards, operational platforms, customer-facing applications, and service delivery tools.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for web-based and AI-powered platforms.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and user feedback analysis to inform design decisions.
Translate complex business and technical requirements into engaging and practical digital experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, usability, and overall customer experience.
Create user flows, process maps, design documentation, and detailed specifications.
Support continuous product improvement through testing, feedback, and iterative design.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, standards, and best practices.
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented effectively and consistently.

Essential

Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing web applications, SaaS products, dashboards, or workflow-driven platforms.
Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and usability best practices.
Experience designing B2B SaaS products, operational tools, or data-driven applications.
HTML and CSS knowledge, with the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts into intuitive user experiences.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Commercial awareness and an understanding of business-focused product design.
Comfortable working independently within a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Desirable

Experience working on AI-enabled products or intelligent workflow solutions.
Exposure to compliance, operations, RegTech, FinTech, or enterprise software environments.
Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards.
Basic JavaScript or front-end framework knowledge.
